For display directly at the machine. Formatted to withstand a production environment — waterproof, robust, clear. Typically A5 or A4. Step-by-step format or checklist format depending on the task. Contains only what is necessary to know in front of that particular machine.

Safety sheets and hazard warnings

Documents that meet the requirements for visible safety documentation. Clear warnings with correct pictograms, colour-coded risk levels and concrete action instructions. Correctly applied warning levels per ANSI Z535 and ISO 11683 — not just orange triangles added for appearances.

Simplicity is not removing information. It is ensuring that the right information is present — for the right person, at the right moment. A laminated guide at the machine that is actually used is worth more than an 80-page manual in a cabinet.
