What personal data do we process?

We only process data that you provide directly to us:

  • Contact form: name, company, email address and message content.
  • Project work: contact details of project leads and any source material you send us (documents, files, images and similar).

We do not collect sensitive personal data and never request national identification numbers or payment card details through our website.

Purpose and legal basis

  • Responding to enquiries — legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Fulfilling an agreement — processing of contact details and source material in connection with a project: legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

We never use your data for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

Retention periods

  • Source material and project files are deleted no later than 90 days after project completion — unless you hold an active TekDok subscription, in which case material is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days.
  • Contact details (name, email) are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, and are deleted thereafter unless a service agreement is in place.
  • Accounting records (invoice copies with name and company) are retained for 5 years pursuant to Danish bookkeeping legislation.

Third parties and disclosure

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following data processors:

  • Plausible Analytics — cookie-free, anonymous website statistics. Collects no personal data and is exempt from cookie consent requirements. Data servers are located within the EU.

All data processors are subject to data processing agreements and process data solely on our instruction.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies. Our analytics tool (Plausible) is cookie-free and collects no personally identifiable data. No cookie consent is required to use this site.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Obtain access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Have your data deleted ("the right to be forgotten"), to the extent compatible with our legal obligations.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk) if you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection legislation.

Terms of Business

These terms apply to all agreements entered into with Contenza K/S, CVR 43349023, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the description and material provided at the time of quoting. Actual scope may differ if the task proves more complex than initially anticipated. Should additional work be required beyond what was agreed, we will always notify the client in writing and await approval before proceeding with the additional work.

All prices are in DKK and exclude Danish VAT (25% moms). EU businesses outside Denmark may be eligible for reverse charge VAT — please provide your VAT number when entering into an agreement.

Revisions

All projects include three rounds of revisions. A revision round is defined as one consolidated set of comments and change requests per delivered document. Additional revisions beyond the three included rounds are invoiced at our current hourly rate, which is stated in the quote or available on request.

Deposit and cancellation

We require a deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount before work commences. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If the client cancels an active project, the deposit is retained. Where work completed exceeds the value of the deposit, the remaining balance is invoiced at the agreed hourly rate.

Payment

Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment will incur interest in accordance with applicable Danish legislation. Contenza K/S reserves the right to withhold delivery of remaining material until payment has been received.

Intellectual property

All rights to the delivered material transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment of the final invoice. Until payment is received, all rights remain with Contenza K/S.

We reserve the right to reference the collaboration as a case reference, unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing.

Confidentiality

All source material and business information entrusted to us by the client is treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client material with third parties and use it solely for the purpose of completing the agreed assignment. The obligation of confidentiality is unlimited in duration and survives completion of the project.

Client obligations

The client undertakes to provide the agreed source material, necessary access and feedback within the agreed timeframes. Delays caused by missing material or late approval from the client will extend the delivery schedule accordingly and release Contenza K/S from liability for the delay.

Limitation of liability

The liability of Contenza K/S shall not exceed the invoiced amount for the assignment in question. We accept no liability for indirect loss, loss of revenue or consequential damages.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the District Court of Sønderborg as the court of first instance.
